On Edit: Chemo in this situation seems also to worsen any cognitive impairment and gets worse while on treatment, "chemo brain".

If Intermediate, the prognosis is generally 20-24 months if the response is good to therapy; if advanced, the median survival is 7-12 months for someone overweight and elderly like Trump.
