If it is cancer, I would guess from his diet that this is Liver Cancer. Adderall does damage the liver, plus the excessive morbidity and fat from his diet adds to this thought.

If it is a 2-week treatment cycle with about a 5-day recovery, then I would guess that this is at least an Intermediate to advanced stage of Liver Cancer.
