2. It is time to take redistricting away from states

and let a computer program set up districts. No bias, just have districts with basic geometric shapes, squares and rectangles mostly, allowing for natural dividers like rivers, and or major highways that split population centers. This would remove bias for ethnicity and political affiliations. It would be fair to both parties I know fairness in US politics is almost extinct, but this could possibly rekindle some in our politics too.
