My sweet cat Martini, who took her pill so easily for five days has disappeared [View all]

and has been replaced by a wild beast who fights me every step of the way. Previously, all I had to do was open her mouth, throw the pill in and she would swallow it and it would be all over in less than a minute. Now, she squirms, claws, fights, and clamps her mouth shut. If I do get the pill in her mouth, she spits it out and smirks at me.

So, I'm going to be heading to Petsmart in a few minutes to buy pill pockets, which I hope will make it an easier and more pleasant experience for both of us. Wish me luck. 🤞
