8. Salmon Loaf Wraps

Enough salmon loaf left from yesterday to make 2 nice wraps on lavash flat bread. I slather the bread with vegan mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Then I add slices of salmon loaf, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion and plenty of crisp romaine leaves before I roll it up. Might have a baked apple with vanilla vegan ice cream for dessert. Cheers!🥂
