3. Spicy Green Beans with Beyond Sausage

Monday

Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, red bell pepper, cut green beans, sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. When almost done I added red pepper flakes and chopped parsley. Separately I air-fried a couple Beyond Sausage Italian sausages. I tossed the veggies with cooked whole wheat spaghetti and after plating I topped the dish with a chopped sausage and vegan parm. Cheers!🥂
