(74,929 posts)We only have Captain D's here and their "fish" is 99.9% breading, so I will no longer buy it.
Enjoy!

(22,260 posts)I like to have an oven baked shrimp and fish dinner once in awhile. The filets have been satisfyingly full of fish
I know what you mean about Capt. D's. I go once in awhile to keep them in business
La Coliniere
(1,644 posts)Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, red bell pepper, cut green beans, sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. When almost done I added red pepper flakes and chopped parsley. Separately I air-fried a couple Beyond Sausage Italian sausages. I tossed the veggies with cooked whole wheat spaghetti and after plating I topped the dish with a chopped sausage and vegan parm. Cheers!🥂
