It’s been rainy and muggy all day in the Catskills. It’s the first real rain in a month. But we didn’t want to go out so we did some freezer diving and found a beautiful swordfish steak.

It’ll be seasoned with salt & pepper then sautéed in olive oil, butter, white wine and lemon. Served with Basmati rice and steamed green beans. Chardonnay and ice water.

Chocolate chip cookies for dessert.
