asked me what makes it so special (lol). I told him lots of love with every stir... good, real, wholesome ingredients... and knowing when to stir clockwise and when to stir widdershins (counterclockwise). IOW, cooking is a bit of ritual magick to bring healing and nutrition to those I love.
