5. Used up the vegs I bought Saturday

Most of them. I cooked eggplant, zucchini, onion, tomato and sweet peppers in a skillet, put some kielbasa in and had it over pasta with some Mozzarella.
I'm petsitting, so I brought my perishables along. There really is a cheese tax! Lol
