.....and at the same time most important aspect of running a campaign committee. When you reach $2700 STOP taking contributions from that person. Simple. If you do take more than $2700 it's blatantly obvious that you're doing a poor job of keeping track of your contributions and contributors.
And then we have all those millions of dollars of "unitemized" small contributions. If they're unitemized, how does the Treasurer know that one contributor hasn't given 200 small contributions that aggregate to more than the limit?

That list is confusing. This ONE person made all these "small" donations on the same date? And....

Must be a lot of 1 cent contributions in order to achieve the $27 average.
