Oh, dear, it sounds almost like the kingdome! Private partnerships will pay for it! Oh, wait it's going to cost more than we thought! Let's put it to the voters and ask them to pay for it!!
And when the voters said no, the group behind it went whining to the state legislature, and got the state to basically pass a law putting the cost on king county voters. I think king county voters may still be paying for it!
