frozen cubes can be a pain to remove from the tray. This morning I came across some paper muffin cups in a drawer and voila! So, I spooned the pesto into the paper cups, put them in a muffin tin and then the freezer. No more fighting to get the frozen pesto portions out of the ice cube trays!
