Thursday

I bet your mom was wonderful.

I get up on one elbow, and then intertwine my fingers and clasp my hands together. Then I push my body weight up with my arms while kicking my legs.

Unfortunately, a bed rail would not help because the REAL trouble starts after I get out of bed and try to walk. The first couple of minutes makes me scream...it's like hell on earth, so I literally can't sleep in a bed, and I miss it.

I still have the same problem in a recliner, but not nearly as bad.

Once I get moving around, I'm golden.
