My brother died about 4 years ago from Covid.
I think I suppressed my grief, and lately, I have been thinking about him several times a day. Missing him.
I've also been grieving hard for everyone that I've lost recently...much more so than usual.
I've been unnaturally obsessed with the thought "I'm going to see them all again some day", even though that is not what I actually believe will happen.
While all of this is going on, I also have moments of tremendous positivity. A feeling of lightness in spite of the grief.
