6. I have a whole week to decide what drink I want to mix next Friday.

There are some recipes in my bar book that I will never try. The ones the call for grapefruit juice or (ugh!) clam juice, for example.

Otherwise, there are still hundreds left to experience. There’s a whole chapter on cocktails made with sake. So I need to get a bottle of it.
