We have our own flat in Munich now. What an experience. We started late February. On again, off again finances and waiting times. The last delay was waiting 7 weeks for the Land Registry to let us know we could have it. Think your county recorder.
Yesterday we gave final authorization to our bank to disperse the funds. Keys tomorrow.

Now the real fun begins. Installing a new kitchen and moving.
The good news is it is barrier free so that will help as we age.
