Obviously not. He’s gonna whine and appeal every loss, even when there is no avenue for further appeal. That is, if his stooges can’t devise a work-around to skirt an adverse ruling. (See, for instance, but not only, the Kennedy Center naming hullabaloo.)

What an ass… the likes of which the world has never seen before.
