You know what the Stock Market and the US Court System have in common?

They both seem like it something that should work for the common citizen but the reality is they can only truly be used to their true potential by the very wealthy.

They will probably file some sort of appeal and gum that up for several more months.

The courts can be abused by rich people, its a feature not a bug.

debtor (we used to call them degenerate debtors) and professional debtors work the system.

They file appeal after appeal after appeal.

They will appeal rules that block them from appealing.

They get thrills and chills when they get the delay as avoiding payment soothes their miser's soul.

That fucker WILL have a day he finally has to pay her.

i bet she gets threats every day.

He gets one shot at asking the Court to reconsider its denial of cert. If the Court denies that request, he is done.

He was never tried in a criminal court. He was found LIABLE in CIVIL COURT. It isn't the same as being "convicted" in criminal court.

At this point $5 million isn't a great hardship for him. If he just paid the money and let it go, most people would forget, but he just can't let anything go. He is his own worst enemy.

He can't shut his fucking mouth nor will he. The second amount is probably $100M with interest and it's still on going and could be for however long Trump want's to drag it out.

Paying a woman he was found Civilly liable of sexually assaulting and defaming is REPUGNANT to him and DAMAGING to his fragile ego.

Like close to $6 million is a hardship for him, when he has raked in close to $2 BILLION since January 20, 2025.

Drag it out in court filings until the person dies. Case closed.

sure Ms. Carroll has a Last Will and Testament. The judgements against Mr. Trump are part of that estate.

Logically, her heirs or OMG! agencies like Planned Parenthood, Emily's List and the ACLU would be the claimants!

But you never know with this Supreme Court. Apparently their word is not final if you're trump. I'd like to see the last judge give him a deadline to pay, or go to jail. Hey--I can wish!
