He said they weren't going to help "fast track" it, meaning not helping them get a total of 290 votes YESTERDAY so they could "suspend the Rules" (that they ended up working on Sunday night and all of Monday), and get it done "faster" (i.e., they were forced to go through "the regular process" of debate, etc., versus going straight to the vote yesterday).
