I have a sibling that I’ve blocked, and only say hello at family gatherings. My in-laws keep telling my wife and me that we need to “just wait” to see all the amazing progress that will be made. Unfortunately, I see them fairly often and have to hold my tongue because of my wife’s wish to maintain a relationship with them. So count yourself very lucky.
