I worked for a federal agency for 44 years while experiencing the good old boy system and systemic sexism towards women and promotions (my own experience included), I think Michelle Obama is spot on. Many voters just can't accept that a woman could run the country as better or even better than a man and so it goes with federal agencies and businesses. It's sad. The only way to change this is for all women to stand up for their sisters.
