to explain just how HARD it is to get the House to do anything... that you have to be in the cloak room where only the select few can go ( and remind everyone that, as a former Senate Staffer he.... oh never mind )... and how this is another great sign that the Democrats ( well, just 8 that are a) independents or b) not up for election in 2026 ) won a great victory... so great that 40 other Democrats didn't even vote for this victory.
