It helps insulin be transported into the cells, it reduces blood sugar changes, it also fixes metabolic syndrome, and it affects dopamine receptors in the brain.

It is so powerful it helps people quit smoking. It helps alcoholics not crave alcohol, and anecdotally it seems to be helping people with pathological narcissism not need “supply”.
