You don’t, that’s why it is imperative that the Senate goes Democrats and we have democrats that care about justice, not blue dog dems that are there to pad their wallets, stock market gains and free healthcare. The senate needs to be at least 53 democrats, because with Fetterman, you lose a vote. Sinema and Manchin were our losing votes with Joe Biden term. Once the senate is back in dem control, President (democrat) can then add justices to the court
