That’s the characterization of the 11th circuit order from a group that has more expertise in such matters than Raw Story. And saying there has been “undue delay” by Cannon in taking up the pending motions is not a “slam” — it’s a recitation of the minimum legal standard for mandanus—and even though the minimum standard was met, the court of appeals still gave Cannon another60 days—hardly a “slam” against her.
