Judges are having to be very careful in their orders

Judges are having to write orders to combat DOJ gamesmanship b/c the presumption of regularity is toast, i.e.: Judge Xinis: "Is my oral order sufficient or do you need it in writing now?" or last night when DoJ circumvented a TRO on semantics. We discuss: www.muellershewrote.com/p/new-judge-...
