and were on board with it. Just like here. Just like now. The US long ago should have been held to account for many of our atrocities of the last 300+ years. Some of them ongoing. Likely more to come. I always rejected the BS about our "exceptionalism" and the crap Raygun started with his "shining city on a hill" nonsense.
