and that is what I would argue. Proving it in court becomes the hurdle. We are talking years of expensive legal battles against parasitically rich corporations with legions of lawyers defending them, assisted by the Federal government. Even if they win, it will be appealed endlessly, and ultimately struck down by the Thomas Court.

By all means fight, but I just don't hold out any hope at this point. We are a de facto dictatorship, with an electorate that really doesn't care. Ignorance has triumphed over reason, violence over compassion, money over morality and law.
