Like "is it actually possible to KNOW anything with 100% certainty"? And "what if our perceptions of what constitutes reality and the laws of the physics of the universe are just fundamentally wrong" types of ponderances. I'll stipulate that my calculations are based on humanity being largely "right" when it comes to such things. I think we'd have to be largely "wrong" when it comes to our understand of the nature of physics, time, space, and reality (generally) for it to become at all likely we've been visited by aliens, esp. in the small sliver of time that any of us were here to see it, while also being unable to positively detect that it's happening with regularity. And not just wrong, but wrong in certain, specific ways
