drops new album. Drops new single.
Usually entertainment related. I wouldn't read anything along those lines the wrong way.
But is the term leaking out? 'Supreme Court drops new ruling'. 'ICE drops new plan to deport random people to Antarctica'. We're not there yet or so I thought.
A bit weird. Is the person who wrote the headline (if not AI) trying to sound edgy (generous) or are they trying to trivialize the allegation being made to the level of pop entertainment?
Just weird.
