He'll figure out what he can do to them what would be worse. Destroy the collections? Stop all funding? Fire the staff and put in his own people to do God knows what?

Their resistance is important--we should not comply in advance or capitulate easily. But unless courts rule and SOMEONE enforces that, he will have his way.
