This is why we are well and truly fraked.

The fact that anyone would be willing to even entertain the idea of aligning anything with his 'view of history' is so laughable and ridiculous that the idea should just be part of a comedy routine. Just as the other crap they are doing should be. Just as their attempts to murder the segment of the population that does not make them richer. (Oh wait, that should be prosecuted, not part of a comedy show.)

But, let's all wait until the midterms. The death and destruction of our societal net and those who depend on it, which will happen as quickly as they can make it, are just collateral damage anyway, right? I mean, those people don't work. They don't make someone else rich and they are not rich themselves. So, why worry about any of that, right? And, even if there is a 'victory' in the courts, the regime won't obey it.

(This is just the latest attempt to continue their fascist takeover. I am glad that the Smithsonian was willing to tell them to kiss it, but this is just one of their grift attempts. There have been others that worked 'bigly' because the people in charge were too busy kissing that orange ass to realize they were cutting off their own... freedoms. So, there is already plenty of precedent. There should not be, but that is where we are, now. The programming worked.)
