17. The Air Force Academy and NORAD are still in CO

and despite it's historic significance in the Civil Rights struggle (and the brief reprieve from it with Doug Jones as a (D) Senator from there), they are probably not going to go blue any time soon.

And with respect to Huntsville - NASA has had it's "Space Camp" there for some time -

(I think I have that 1991 25th Anniversary special on VHS tape in my basement and recorded SciFi Channel's (later "SyFy" ) re-airing of the original series that they remastered the following year

)
