11. Space Force and Space Command aren't the same thing.

Space Force is a branch of the US Armed Forces that was initiated by Trump in his first term, and is headquartered in the Pentagon like all the other branches.

Space Command is an operational group that coordinates and directs the actions of several branches of the Armed Forces in terms of actions in space.

These are two separate entities.
It does appear that Trump wants to move Space Command, not Space Force.
