we all know that he, Donald The Ignorant Trump probably did not even know that most if not all of these programs even existed. Elon Musk, Stephen Miller and other selfish cold jerks have to whisper in his ear and tell him why he should cancel them immediately. Then they all sit around and delight in knowing that they have caused even more suffering of people they see as not worthy of life on earth.
