4. Why do they call it "Earmark" spending instead of Pork like they used to? Oh yeah, because they do it more than we do

I remember a time not to long ago when Ditch's 2 biggest complaints whenever Democrats were in power were "Pork Barrel" spending and we need massive tort reform to stop "frivolous" law suits (which was directly aimed at the environmental lobby). Well now the King of the Frivolous Lawsuit is the head of the party, and they aren't fighting over too much "Pork Barrel" spending they are fighting over who gets the most and Ditch, jellied spine and all, is telling himself "Fuck, if this dumbass could turn us into an authoritarian juggernaut we should've done this in 2003". I bet he talks to himself in his sleep about what could've been. Hell he could've become GWB's successor he dreams to himself. Pigs all of them.
