12. Sad coincidence

Those two ships together have a capacity of over 8,500 people. The fact that two elderly people died the same day is just a sad coincidence. Hundreds of people die each year on cruise ships - the majority from natural causes, such as heart attacks or strokes, especially given the older demographic of many cruisers.

While you couldn't pay me enough to cruise on Carnival, I do enjoy cruises, and if a Carnival cruise is all someone has experienced, I could understand why there would never be another.

I have been on many cruise lines and seen many destinations thanks to cruise ships. Picking the right cruise line and ship can make or break the entire concept of a cruise.
