1. The way I see it:

1. This land was taken by force from Native Americans. No sale, no swap, no barter. Stolen.
2. Technically, this land was possessed by the Federal Government and was accessible to Native Americans.
3. This land was held in trust for decades.
4. Now the Federal Government, while talking a good game about "religious freedom," GIVES AWAY ("transfers" ) this land to a company. No compensation, no replacement of a site for religious worship.

I hope this decision is appealed and an immediate temporary restraining order is issued.
