Balance of powers/coequal branches of government - if you don’t think the executive branch has grown too powerful, as well as the judicial branch…

Voting rights…

Campaign finance reform

LGBTQ rights (if you don’t think Obergefell is next on the MAGA majority’s list…)

A safe and sane application of second amendment rights

The right to clean air and water, and a safe environment for future generations

All of the above are supported by a majority of Americans.

Are you OK with maintaining the status quo on all the above? Because that will be the result if Dems fail to kill the filibuster and expand the court in 2029.
