None of that will ensure that another Trump wouldn't happen, and removing the filibuster and expanding the court will just ensure that the next Trump will have no obstacles to doing whatever they want when they expand the court in their favor as well.

Breaking two branches of government doesn't protect anything and is incredibly short sighted.
