25. The media did not follow Florida election law

which required that all votes where the intent of the voter is clear be counted. The media invented vote counting scenarios that did not exist in Florida election law in order to not count all of the uncounted votes and invent a Bush "win" that does not in fact exist. It's important to remember that the uncounted Florida votes are located in the largest and most heavily democratic voting counties in Florida. There's no way that Bush got more votes in Florida.
