father. Congestive heart failure was causing his ankles/lower legs to retain fluid like that, requiring repeat visits to the hospital to drain off the fluid. Then they would fill with fluid again and he’d have to go back for more draining. When he reached that stage he was already within a year of death. Like I said I’m guessing it, because it just looks so similar it could be that, but I could be wrong, of course.
