Could he be getting hyperbaric treatments for stroke?

No proof of this, just spitballin’ ideas.
I am trying to account for his going to Walter Reed at odd times, and for reasons he would HAVE to go to the hospital. Most things could be done at the WH and no one would be the wiser. I don’t think that hyperbaric oxygen treatment is an approved thing for strokes, but they might do it anyway.
Does this seem like a reasonable guess? Anyone know if Walter Reed has a hyperbaric chamber?

It's used to get maximum oxygen to tissues that have been damaged by infection or injury, like diabetic foot ulcers or skin grafts - or unless he's been scuba diving in deep water and resurfaced too fast, which seems highly unlikely as well.

They are tracking a fairly serious health issue, IMO.

If he is getting the experimental fat jab from Lily, it may not be for weight loss. It COULD be for pulmonary hypertension. Apparently, this new drug has shown some promise in slowing the progression of pulmonary hypertension. And that disease maps reasonable well to other symptoms he's displaying.

his physical state is getting worse too, and his grasp on the everyday things in life is getting more flimsier by the day.

My son (then 17) had a life-threatening strep infection and for a couple days, they had him on hyperbaric therapy—until they discovered that his particular strep THRIVED on the extra oxygen. He ended up losing his leg to stop the infection’s progress.

I don’t really see this as an option for stroke. No amount of oxygen could repair what’s damaged in a stroke. A stroke victim can only attempt to retrain new areas of the brain to take up what the damaged parts can no longer do, and even then, you’re unlikely to recover motor functions that were lost. My maternal grandpa had a couple strokes and whilst they didn’t seem to affect his mind, he had progressive motor function failures and could barely shuffle with a cane at the end.

Shitler will only go downhill from here no matter what they try. Sadly, it won’t be fast enough.

Trump could have the trifecta of congestive heart failure, diabetes 2 and kidney failure.

Maybe Trump is treated with dialysis because of bad kidneys?

father. Congestive heart failure was causing his ankles/lower legs to retain fluid like that, requiring repeat visits to the hospital to drain off the fluid. Then they would fill with fluid again and he’d have to go back for more draining. When he reached that stage he was already within a year of death. Like I said I’m guessing it, because it just looks so similar it could be that, but I could be wrong, of course.
