8. It should be 9-0 but CT will make it 8-1. They want to be done when Trump goes on one of his dangerous rants.

Not even gutless Alito will be able to make an argument that that the 14th amendment isn't crystal clear.

Because this was an EO by Trump they could rule that this is a legislative matter and the executive branch cannot legislate with an EO.

This would leave the door open to congress passing some sort of citizenship law that this court may be willing to review.
