I fiund his action ten years ago to be detrimental to Hillary’s candidacy, and was terrified most of all what it might mean for the Supreme Court if she were to lose. Of course no one in the summer of 2016 thought she would lose—with one major exception: my wife, who isn’t even American.

She saw TV screens in airports, etc., showing nothing but anti-Hillary speeches 24/7 (almost exclusively CNN, no Fox), and she said then: “you Americans might be in for a big, ugly surprise. Your media is burying Hilary and giving their airtime to her opponents. She is in trouble and none of you realize it.”
