32. Cook political moved the race from likely Republican to lean Republican

The Republicans are favored, but it is possible with high Democratic turnout and because Talarico is an outstanding candidate.

It could happen, after all Scott Brown won the seat Ted Kennedy had in Massachusetts where a Democratic win would be expected.
