I noted that Trump waved off the hantavirus/Cruise ship outbreak as a no biggie. If the infection rate grows, Trump will no doubt blame Bobby Kennedy and kick him to the curb, tout suite. Kennedy fired cruise ship health inspectors, so he'd be an easy mark.

Trump's dismissal of the outbreak reminded me of the early Covid days--no big deal, it will go away like a miracle, etc., etc., etc.

I have read, however, that RFK Jr is worried about a firing coming his way, that he feels he's been pushed to the sidelines. The recent choice/nomination of a CDC Director was done against Kennedy's advice.

Rear Admiral Erica Schwartz is, after all, an actual medical doctor with an impressive resume; she's NOT a woo-woo choice.

And OMG, she's a woman, a black woman who could kick Kennedy's ass when it comes to medical knowledge and leadership.

His days are numbered. Hope it's sooner rather than later than later.
