based upon his own nonrational decision-making. Donny has his own logic and he'll stick with it because the GOP wants him in place. They want him in place because they're all getting filthy rich with bribery, graft, conflicting interests, and double-dealing. So if Bobby is instrumental in enriching more and more of the GOP loyalists, he'll stay in place and open the gates to the Treasury. If he can't deliver, he's out.
