Adam Hoffman, who faced life in prison without parole on charges he sexually abused his son’s best friend for three years, pleaded guilty to two reduced charges Thursday in exchange for 30 days in jail.
judge doubled it to 60 days because of community protests.
The kid was 7-10 at the time and Hoffman said he would shoot him if he told anyone. Also he won't have to register as a sex offender. Crimes like this against children should not be pled out.
